I work with your product managers, helping them to upskill and develop their commercial thinking

We work in small groups, ideally 2 - 3 participants. We meet bi-weekly and discuss the product business goals to achieve, current challenges and topics at hand. Coaching usually runs for 3 - 9 months.

Pricing: 10 - 25 kSEK / month depending on #participants and coaching frequency

PM Workshop for the Management Team

What can a Management Team expect of Product Management, and how can we get you there?

This is a half-day workshop where we'll work through three dimensions of product management. It's highly interactive and we focus on your specific needs. After the workshop, you'll get a summary and recommendation report, based on the findings from the workshop.

Assessing your Product Management team

By performing deep interviews within your organization, I assess your Product Management function based on 8 different parameters. You will get a detailed report with gradings and recommendations. An assessment project takes between 2 weeks and 2 months depending on size of organization and your particular situation.

Interim / Fractional CPO

I help building and heading up your Product Management function

If you need an interim Chief Product Officer or PM Leader, full-time or part-time, I can help out. If you need to build the team, recruit new product managers, transform your team from thinking "feature delivery" to "business outcome", or create orchestration for product business, I can assist during the build-up phase. I can also help identifying your product strategy, working with, and through, your product managers.

Pricing: Depends on your particular situation, but minimum 2 days/week is needed for a period of 3 - 9 months. Expect somewhere  between 120 kSEK - 240 kSEK / month.

For start-ups, yet without formal Product Management, or scale-ups being stuck on a plateau with their product, not sure of what the concrete next steps are

If you are stuck, unsure, or have a sense of something being "off" when it comes to your product strategy, I can guide you through your next steps. Together we find out what to aim for, where to go and how to do it. If you need help with how to think about value propositions, commerical packaging, pricing and business models, or positioning, I can advise. These engagements take from anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of months depending on your particular situation. You will always get documented recommendations.
