My process is light – we begin with a couple of discovery meetings, usually with the business owner / CEO, and one or two follow-up sessions with key members of the leadership team. My goal during these discovery meetings is to understand your product business situation and what currently isn't working well. Then we jointly discuss what the best option is for you, given what it is you want to achieve. My engagement can be light and "from the outside" or deeper "being on the inside".

(I have a secret knack: I quickly grasp the organization's product situation and the dynamics between different functions.)
